I have experienced the worst service possible with this company. I had a leak in my bathroom sink and it took 2 people and 3 days and still it is not resolved. I called the "foreman- trainer" and he promised to be at my home in 2hours and never showed up. On top of all of this the 1st guy that came to fix the sink broke the coil that goes to my dryer and did not tell me. SO, we could have died of carbon monoxide. Okay. And they are contracted by my place of residence and have an emergency hot line, when I called for emergency services the guy (3rd guy) told me he was out of town. Do no hire this company to change your light bulb. They are incompetent and lack knowledge, expertise and customer service.
