Initial work was excellent, however, my contract states that if the exterior stain fails (cracking, fading, etc.) within three years of completion, Fassarella Painting will repaint/repair the problem as needed.



After numerous emails and phone calls about the stain cracking within the three year period, Joao did come to view the problem. That is as far as it got.



Constantly making excuses that he is busy now, but will get there as soon as he can.



I am now in YEAR THREE of waiting for him to live up to his end of the contract.



If you are not willing to do as you promise, DO NOT INCLUDE that clause in your contract.



I am very disappointed as the work and pricing was very good, but after Joao Fassarella is finished, you are long forgotten...
