I've been going to this salon for years on and off . I've taken breaks from going due to them being rude at times or not giving me what I asked and payed for. I went last night got my nails toes and eyebrows done they were in a hurry because it was close to closing time the lady doing my eyebrows was ready to run out but I asked her to only clean them up nothing major.... She took off my eyebrows left me with a line of hair over my eyes. I said to her Nicley you took too much off she responded sorry but your eyebrows aren't even so I made them even. She began speaking her language and the other workers were staring at me one of them even started laughing!! I kept cool and told the owner that I wasn't happy I payed for my nails and toes and she still charged me for the eye brows. They lost a customer

Went here because my sister told me to worst mistake in my life so I got my eyebrows and eyelashes done my eyebrows were okay my lashes wasn't tight the glue was all over my eyelid remind u I got this done Friday Sunday morning I woke up with one eyelash called Sunday they were closed went in to the shop Monday the lady knew I was coming I called her and told her what happen when I Get there they don't wanna give me my refund the lady walked away from me. How rude! There money hungry they don't care about there customers she said I had put water on the that's why they.came off Angeles worst place ever turn away do not I repeat don't go in there.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I live in Norwalk, but I was shopping in the area so I decided to get my nails done there. Went to pay for my nails and their cc machine was not working and I could not use ATM. They had roaches on the walls (yuk!) and the whole while the cc thing was going on, the little Vietnamese lady kept saying 'You lie, you lie...' she kept saying I was lying! I was STEWED! I offered for her to see my balance on my cc on my phone but she wasn't hearing it...she just kept calling me a liar! I had to leave my drivers license and go to the store and get cash back....' Yes, they do good nails (I finally got it paid for), and the prices are literally HALF what they are asking in Norwalk...but I got treated like some hood rat just b/c of an error on THEIR cc machine!' The roaches on the wall was like IT for me. I will NOT be going back to Nail 2000 to get my nails done! I will pay 2x as much to be treated like royalty right down the street from where I live! I get a shoulder massage while I get my nails done and EVERYTHING!
