I wanted this company to install a new patio in the rear of my residence in Trumbull. The contractor began by ripping up the ground unannounced and only days before I was scheduled to have 40 guests over for my son's birthday party. To date, all that has been done is an unleveled area with poor framing and a bunch of wood and stakes that makes my backyard look like an eyesore. The contractor blames everything on having no help and six weeks later the area looks abandoned. He will not return calls and unfortunately this will have to be (most likely) litigated so I can get my pro rated deposit back - about $3500. Avoid this company. I am trying to have WTNH notified as well. Poor workmanship and even worse customer service. A job that should take no more than 5-6 days has spanned months.
