Provided by YP.comWhen Action Appliance could not diagnose the problem with our very expensive Fisher Paykal dishwasher, and still charged us for the visit, we called Appliance Doc. After that experience we were not hopeful.
The Appliance Doc repairman, Vince, came to our home and spent two hours diagnosing the complicated problem and researching with the appliance manufacturer. He determined that we needed a new valve. He requested a part payment to order the part but would not charge us anything for the job until he was satisfied that the job was complete and our machine was running properly. One could not ask for a more professional, competent and trustworthy repairman. Customer service like is very rare. I would recommend Appliance Doc without hesitation!
