Scheduled a move and when I called to confirm the day before I was told that there was a mix up and they inadvertently scheduled me for the following week. The told me they were completely booked and had nothing available before then. I was very upset and after apologizing the lady on the phone agreed to give me a $100 credit. Wile this was a nightmare to negotiate logistically I agreed. The day before the new move date I call again to confirm. This time I'm told by a different person that do to my "hostile tone" the week earlier, thay are now refusing to do the move. There was no intent to notify me, they were just not going to show up. I lost 2 days of work because of these guys and now have to pay another months rent because they delayed me so far into the month.

Worst of all the are refusing to give me back my $100 deposit even though THEY are the ones who canceled!
