Customer Service when you return an item is horrible. The owner was rude and not understanding and looked down on me. I had purchase an item in a box and when I open the box when I got home it wasn't the the correct item. I return the item and they accuse me of switching out the item because they don't have that item documented. They blamed me for their mistake and the owner was very rude about it. He told me that he was getting screwed out the deal because he can't prove I switch the items and told me that I need to check the items before I purchase it next time. After this experience I'm never buying anything from there again. Please make sure you check all items you purchase from this place. They will blame you for their mistake and accuse you of being the crook, even though you are the victim in this situation.

Stopped by bargain galore llc in brice today...first time ever. They seemed warm...loved it...then my son *had* to use the bathroom. He has medical issues and when he has to go he has to go. Asked the lady at the front desk if they had a bathroom. She looked right at him...right at him. Shook her head and said no. I understand trying to cut down on loitering. However a child should not be punished for the action of teenagers.

I found the same merchandise that I buy at Walmart and Target at nearly half the price. One downside, some items may have damaged boxes or be excess inventory of last year's model. That makes little difference to me when I need to buy certain household electronics and appliances.

I really didn't know what to expect walking in since I had never seen or heard of this place before but I do know that I walked out with 3 huge bags of name brand multi cat all natural cat litter, 4 cases of mountain house meals (approx 40 meals), and a 50 foot garden hose, all for 138.00 out the door.I calculated the retail value of those items to be 377.00! A pretty sweet deal to me. I will definitely be going back since they get a new truck in every week or so and I didn't even get to look at everything they had...tools...toys...tents..cookware..fishing poles..fans..and so much more.
