We have been a customer of Rosa for 4 years. She has consistently been very good to our clothes. We are very happy with her services.

The worst! Rosa tried to shorten a floor length dress for me. She butcheres my dress. The dress had 3 layers and each layer was cut a different length. She tapered the sides of the dress so tight it no longer fit. She also had the nerve to charge me $106!!!!! I went back and asked for a refund. She told me no then tried to tell me she didn't sew my dress that way. After an argument in her store, I told her I would write a review about her and she told me she didn't care. Nice business woman! I could no longer wear the dress and had to go our and purchase a new dress the day before my event. She did a terrible job and handled the situation even worse. Do not go here! Trust me when i tell you, you will regret it!
