Westchester Wildlife did a great job for us removing flying squirrels from our attic. They did what they promised, on time and for a fair price. The flying squirrels are now gone, the points of entry sealed up, and the owner guarantees his work.

Westchester Wildlife is the most professional and trusted service i have worked with in the 10 years I've been a homeowner in Rye NY. I've tried a few other company's but have found this one to be the most reliable. They have been in business for over 30 years and they back up their work with a guarantee. I've had other companies out to my house that have claimed to back up their work but when I had a reoccurring problem and tried to get them back out to my house to fix it they did not return my calls. S o thats when I started working with Jim from Westchester Wildlife LLC. Him and his staff were able to solve my bat problem which the other company could not. Since then I have called him to solve all of our animal issues from moles in the front yard to woodchucks in the garden. He is always consistent and always resolves the issue in a timely manner. Great job Jim and many thanks to you and your staff at Westchester Wildlife! It is so hard to find good help, but I'm glad I did and will continue to use your company if I have any other animal issues!

My name is Marc from Greenwich CT. I was sitting in my living room near the fireplace late one night and heard scratching coming from the inside of the fireplace. When I got closer I heard crying sounds coming from inside. I knew it had to be an animal but wasn't sure what. My wife and I were nervous that whatever it was might get inside so we called Westchester Wildlife's 24 hour emergency number (914)760-5713. Within an hour Jim came out to our house and quickly identified the problem as a raccoon with babies. My wife and I were freaking out. I thought it was a bird or squirrel. I didn't know that raccoons could live in a chimney. Anyway it turns out the contactor's never put caps on my 3 chimneys so animals were able to get in. Jim quickly resolved the problem that night by trapping the mother raccoon on the roof and then opening the flu to get the babies out. The next day he came back and inspected the rest of the house,attic and basement for other animals and measured for chimney caps. My wife and I were very satisfied with the services that Westchester Wildlife offer. 24 hour emergency service, they are on time, you get a person on the phone not a machine, and they solved the problem quickly and guaranteed their work. They made my family and I feel very safe after being threatened by our home invaders! If you need help with animals in your attic or home Westchester Wildlife is the only company I know and trust.

This company will take your deposits and not follow through with the work. They are very mean on the phone, and will lie straight to your face. Jim told us we had a major bat problem in our house, and after getting the deposit check, never came back to get rid of them. Turns out we never had bats in the first place.

I would not recommend this company. I hired them to resolve a bat issue in my home. They responded, Jim told me it would cost over ten thousand dollars to get the bats out and keep them out. I paid them the deposit, over two months ago, and they have not been back after the first day. Now I am in the process of trying to find another company, as well as get my deposit back. They are now avoiding my calls.
