They lost my business due to the older woman behind the counter

While the bagels are good, but not the best, they charge a premium since they are the only local bagel shop in the area. I believe in supporting local business, however, they are not deserving of my business. The woman behind the counter not only never cracks a smile, nor shows any sort of desire to be there, she is Rude and dismissive on top of it! So much that I am spending my valuable time looking up the business and writing this review. I place a call to the manager, but can almost hear his eyes rolling back as I shared my feedback. I will give them one star for their bagels, hoping the manager will pass this on and that the owner addresses this with his sister (guess he had to hire her) and hopefully they will understand that rudeness results in lost business and in this economy where businesses are closing everyday, they will learn to treat people better in order to save their business and be viewed as a valued business in the community. I have been in customer service for many years and they need to remind themselves why they are paid everyday and stay in business. Consumers pay your paycheck!!
