By far the best service at any local UPS Store- always friendly!!!

I've sent a few boxes with a "Free Shipping" label, I was taken back by the $1.00 charge to ship my tiny box.. Of course I asked for a receipt.. Today I went to another UPS location to mail another tiny box with a free shipping label. The associate said "Thank you, have a nice day" I responded, with dollar in hand, "That's it???" Yes, she replied. We don't charge you for free shipping.. I called this Brewster location and inquired. Whomever answered the phone simply explained that they charge $1.00 because they don't make a lot of money and it's more of a drop off location. Hmmmmm At least she was honest. Not going back
