I had a column rebuilt here and my turn signal canceling was not working correctly after Steering Columns Galore got their hands on it. I had someone local "fix" This rebuilt "thoroughly tested" rebuild job at a tune of $159. They said I should have removed the column and sent it clear across the US to see what they screwed up. They refused to reimburse me the $159 so here I am writing this. Your mileage may vary…

Michael W. 05/19/15 I ordered a column for my '99 F-450. The woman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful with my order. It was shipped and delivered promptly without any damage. It was perfectly clean and fit without any problem at all. Returning it was a snap with a UPS center in our town. I would recommend Columns Galore to any and all my friends without reservations

ordered a replacement column for my 1997 f350. The transaction was easy, the column came packaged well, and I had it installed in about 3 hours. Works like brand new! It did not come with any instructions but easily found some on internet. Thanks again for a great product.

Ordered a replacement for my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500. Overall was happy with the product as it did wonders in eliminating the drifting in the steering. Not too impressed with the QA/QC of the rebuild. I had to switch out the wiper control from my old unit since the one they sent would not allow me to turn off the wipers or the wiper fluid pump. They also shipped the unit with a bent and unusable cover screw. Lastly, the outside was clean but the inside of the unit/covers were very dirty. I just ended up using my old covers since they were in all around better condition than the rebuilt one I received. Almost forgot, the description says a new key switch and key will come with the new unit and confirmed this at the time of ordering. It did not. Not a big deal since I would not want to replace all the spare keys again. Just another QA/QC issue with this company and an area they would have to improve on for me to recommend to another or to use them again. Sent a detailed letter back with the core and never heard from them.

I am very impressed how nice it is.after install the column works great and looks great !!! thanks steering columns galore for the great steering column.
