We are a Honda Family. The last 5 Honda's we have purchased at the Brewster Dealership. Never get a pressure sale. But I always think its easy to sell a car, but the biggest thing comes to servicing the car. We have ALWAYS used Lia Honda Brewster to service our 2 Elements and 3 Odysseys. Top notch and reliable service. What makes Lia Honda Brewster Service even better is your service personnel. I have been using Kira Burati for over 4 years now. She knows my cars, what they need or don't need. I never have to question a service that she recommends. She is honest, reliable and trustworthy. I recently had the pleasure of having my 2015 Honda CRV EX-L serviced by Lia Honda of Brewster NY specifically Ms. Judy Deems. Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I have been coming to Lia since 2019 to have my car serviced and was told to have a valve job back then which I have been hesitant of. Well, Judy put my mind at ease and explained everything involved in the job. Boy, am I glad I listened to her because not only did she make my car sound and run great she told me my water pump was covered under warranty. My cars have been serviced at various centers since 1983. Judy is by far the best Advisor I have had the pleasure of working with.

My salesperson at Lia Honda in Brewster was Barry Weiss. He made my visits pleasant and smooth. He used minimal pressure and patience as well as a light humorous touch. I'm very pleased with my "new" 2018 Civic hatchback. I should warn anyone buying a car anywhere that if the word "lien" appears on your car's title, you must have a letter from your lending institution confirming that the loan has been repaid in full.
