First of all it's just Cinque, knowledge gaps, bills vociferously omissions & misstatements of my case. Managed to nearly exhaust a10k retainer (twice the average rate of attorneys interviewed) with only incomplete demand for disclosure & no deposition. Major omissions & misstatements of the case and communications with opposing council. After pressuring first to end disclosure because he could get me a great settlement without it, he then called that same afternoon and claimed I had take a settlement 50k lower than my wife "reported offer "(used to get me to ok ending disclosure). The reasoning he gave me; she threw a fit when reviewing some details of my disclosure documents. Having reviewed the numbers over the weekend, e-mailed I had second thoughts, he replied he could charge me for a full settlement document review which exhausted all but a pittance of the retainer. If your able bargain with used car dealers and handle shady contractors you might get 2 star work from this guy otherwise forget it.
P.S. He's either very frugal or not doing well; mentioned getting rid of my 11 year old car with 280k & broken climate control, he expressed an interest in buying it "as a beater".
