Drivers don't speak much English. When I called today to get a taxi the dispatcher obviously didn't give a damn. She, also, didn't do well with her English. There was another, loud, conversation going in the background. Then she just put down the phone to talk to someone else. I put down my phone to call another taxi service.

The first time i used them they were very convenient and the price wasn't awful. 20$ from brewster to danbury. But the driver didn't speak any English and couldn't answer any of my questions; the dispatcher had to come out and answer them. Over all not too awful.



The second time I used them I called and the dispatcher was rude and right then I wanted to hang up the phone. But i really needed a ride. He told me the taxi would be their in 15-20 minutes which to me was too long since I live 5 minutes away from the taxi station but I didn't argue and I waited. The dispatcher also told me that it would be 10$ to get their and when i mentioned that I needed a ride back as well he said it would still be 10$. So, after the trip was all said and done the driver said it would be 20$. I was a baffled as to why the driver is telling me one thing and the dispatcher another. Maybe the dispatcher just wasn't listening to me but I will never use this service again.
