I have been a patient of Dr. Sings for Years now and our medical situation changed, I had to get a physical done wright away and went to a facility that could take me same day and also accommodate my situation, they asked for my medical records for that visit, I did not think they were going to ask to have my records transferred there without my knowledge anyway my situation went back to normal and had another emergency I called dr singhs off and made an appointment I went to their office and as I am sitting waiting a nurse lisa decides to come out and question me about going to another physician and that they don't see patients that see other doctors and as I was speaking to her and explaining my situation a rude voice yells out from Dr. Singhs office, I am assuming it was the Physicians incapable assistant and she mutters out no they didn.t, no you didn't, no you can't, she didn't even show herself or come out of the office they never reached out to me to ask me what happened and Months went by, they did not offer me any assistance in my time of need nor show any concern that we stopped visiting for that period and they didn't advise me on the phone before I got to the office that they were not going to see us and the Physicians assistant who was covering for Dr. Singh snapped at me and disagreed with the Patient and was rude and disrespectful and did not ask about the situation and did not know the facts, she just wanted attack I told her as well as the girls that I was going to report her behavior towards the Patient to the Owner and Director of the practice as it was very very rude and unprofessional, also I have been to her prior and I personally do not like her diagnosis or work, I didn't want her touching my Child, nor trust her diagnosing after her ill aggressive behavior, they show no concern for their Patients situations and do not reach out to find out, they falsely accuse Patients and I would suggest that if you ever have to see another primary care physician because of unexpected situations that you do not go back to Dr. Sing as you will only get attacked and questioned in front of your children and that is poor practice and business. I will be contacted the owner of the practice with my complaint, I spoke my peace and walked out happy that I did not allow that aggressive staff and Physician assistant to see us.
