I can't express what an incredible help Civility HC has been, my brother has been seriously ill and mostly home-bound for months. We came to them from another agency that did not seem to supervise their aides well. Civility has not only provided really skilled and kind aides, but they were ALWAYS available, even at off hours, and always came through for us. They also had a sophisticated understanding of the complexities of family relations and beautifully negotiated some really difficult conversations between my whole family. They made a very difficult time easier. We have known them for more than a week now and have no doubt they will continue to do a outstanding job.
