Our salesman Barry Weiss was professional and informative. Barry prided himself on providing us with more than enough information to ensure we were comfortable and at ease prior to making our decision to purchase the vehicle. The whole staff was courteous and welcoming. I will definitely do business with them again.

My search for the specific Honda I had been searching for for the last several months ended when I came to Lia Honda! They had just what I was looking for! Phil Giordano took care of me right away when the warning light for electrical/charging came on in my Honda Fit. He was clear in his explanations, worked hard to find the necessary part in record time, and even found a way to keep the fee down as much as possible. My 12-year-old Fit has been a terrific vehicle, with very few repairs beyond the usual wear, as long as I have kept up the regular maintenance. Phil has been my support person more than once and I really appreciate how he and the other staff remember me and my vehicle and keep an eye out for possible future maintenance needs, which is to say my life and my pocketbook! I took my Honda Civic in for a 75,000 mile servicing. Judy Deems made the experience easy and pleasant. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided me with the part number for a loose piece of plastic guarding by the drivers window that needs replacing. Very satisfied.

I have been a customer at Brewster Condo for over 20 years, My 2000 Accord went for over 243,000 miles thanks to their great service dept. My 2014 Accord is also in great condition due to great service. Service manager Rob Benfari is always very helpful and explains everything in detail. Service Writer Jared Millian was also very helpful and courteous. I would not go anywhere else to service my Honda.

Going to Brewster Honda for service is like going to your own family business. Everyone is courteous and work is done in a very timely manner. What is really great is the information you get about upcoming repairs that might be needed on your vehicle so that you can plan accordingly. Great job folks!
