With a 4000 square foot indoor facility and a 1/4 acre of outdoor space with a covered patio, horse shoe pits and private courtyard. Featuring Studio 185, a 1000 square foot listening room totally isolated from the bar with stage, professional sound/lights, and multi-track recording set-up, that offers seating for 80 or dancing for 125. Raise the garage door and the combined 3000 square feet of space can accommodate larger events for up to 299 people. 185 King Street offers a full bar, catering, full staff, event planning and production.
