Not sure how this business get anything more than 3 stars EVER. I recently had my mower repaired and serviced there and I was taken aback at just how disappointing the overall experience was. I first called to get a ballpark tineframe of how long a turn around would be, and was told a week maybe 2 tops. Total turn around was 6weeks all with almost zero communication or updates. After 3 weeks I called for an update and told it was scheduled to be looked at that week not to mention I got the impression I was putting the person on the phone out for simply asking for the update. After the 3.5wk diagnosis, was told I needed a new deck belt. Problem was this was literally brand new (never used yet) you. when I shared this I was then told it was the wrong one. Guess what, wrong again!!!, it was indeed the correct factory OEM belt and after I had them read the part number, I cross checked again with the manufacturer and it was indeed the RIGHT belt. I refused to have them buy another and expressed my concern now with other repairs since they couldn't get a simple issue diagnosed correctly. All this and I will say with conviction, Brentwood Power Equipment had some of (if not the worst) customer service I've ever experienced.

All this being said, the mower is finally fixed, and $530 later I have it back. HOWEVER, it now has 2 flat tires that we're not that way 6 weeks ago. I dare not bring it back there and will simply fix myself.
