I have used this company for many years with no issues at all. I have used them for my ovens, washer, dryer and dishwasher. I find them to be honest, timely and conscientious. They will make a preliminary diagnosis over if the telephone if possible so they may order and bring any neccessary parts. You only pay for the parts they use. They have also been helpful in diagnosing and ordering parts for my do-it-yourself spouse. I would highly recommend them.

My husband told them he would be home ALL day waiting for them...They never showed up..They said they called us and no one answered the phone...They never called the back up number....my husbands cell phone...He had stated when scheduling, no need to call he would be there...They let the phone ring twice and never left a message. I am a Service Coordinator and would never allow my service guys to treat our customers this way.
