I went in today to simply have 2 tires mounted and balanced.I was charged almost 55 dollars.One hour later I had to remove the tire to install struts.I was taking the wheel off and a lug stud snapped! They were the last to touch it .I brought my car back and he played the don't speak English card and tried to say it was my fault because I put the lug wrench on crooked when removing lug nut.Use Beto's at tou and your vehicles own risk.He had no problem letting me drive off unsafely they truly don't give 2 shots about you!
