As a 35 year customer of this company We had to change because the customer service is WAY BELOW even sub standards, our garbage collection has occurred on the same day and time for years. However on Friday, August 4th they began a new service day/time. I have video of the truck which normally picked up the trash go wizzing by. I called to complain and was told by a nasty woman “our service had changed”. This can happen at anytime for any reason apparently by the “company policy”. I sent via email a complaint. I was told by “the owner”, this is how it goes. Well I explained to him THIS is how MY policy goes and you have lost a great customer of many many years. If you want a company who gives outstanding customer service, FORGET WEAVER’S SANITATION. THEY COULDN'T CARELESS ABOUT YOU.

We've had Weaver's Sanitation picking up our trash since we moved to the area in 2008 and they have never missed a pickup or given us grief. Friendly staff! Thank you.

I have benn WEAVER's Business Customer since 2010. The driver was slacking his work for two weeks told the dispatcher or his boss that he did pick up on monday 08/11/2014 & he never did .I explained the lady who answer the phone that someone is lying about trash pick up at the RODEWAY INN in Bedford , PA. She was like we have the same driver for 16 yrs and he won't lie to us and i told her i have been your customer for almost 5 yrs never ever called about this issue and i dont lie neither & paid your bill before the due date...& you dont trust your long time customer..too bad business practice..I will pay little more & switching to WASTE MANAGEMENT.

Thank you for your service & you will not see me as your customer in the future & i will take bunch of other customesr with me..as i go..this is not a threat, this is what u deserve not having trust on your customer about telling the truth.
