I should of followed my gut feeling from day one. We were not greeted in a friendly manner pickup/drop off. Tables were dirty with food crumbs from the previous week. Teachers did not seem they cared whether we were there or not.



My daughter was physically touch/hit by other boys in the class one was 2 years older then her. The instructor did not inform me of the incident. The teacher(s) were aware of it however, did not notify me of what was going on or how it was handled. I was told by my daughter later in the day.



I gave the institution a chance to make it right two days in row however, things did not change. The children are left in a room to play with no set activities. Free for all day in and day out. Not really sure if my expectations were set a bit high.



By day 3 my daughter was in tears and refused to go back.
