Purchased a door in 2017. We used an installer as recommended by the Door Broker. One year later the threshold failed. Multiple unsuccessful attempts were made to have the installer correct the problem, at which time I called the Door Broker. Door Broker said he would contact installer and call me back. Door Broker did not return my call. Unfortunately door company did not stand by their installer and made NO attempt to assist in resolving the problem.
