I lived at Las Flores for 4 years. The managers were really nice, accommodating, and available. The property was meticulously maintained and the neighborhood is substantially better than any other neighborhood by comparison. it was as nice or better than advertised. The apartment was given to me in very good shape. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer, although it was repaired right away, the managers gave me a portable air conditioner on wheels to use until it was repaired. When I moved I was given almost all my deposit back. I recommended it to a couple of coworkers that liked living there also. Thank you Las Flores!

RENTER BEWARE! I lived here for three years. The apartments were decent other than the managers. I certainly would not call this place luxury. Our apartment was cheap laminate flooring and laminate countertop, with short 1” base moldings and water stained and warped cabinets. The dishwasher was about 15 years old and broken when we moved in, it took two months for the manager to replace it. The oven was 20 years old and a safety hazard because it always stayed HOT on the range top, but the managers had an extra one so they replaced it immediately. When we moved in the unit was disgusting! It had clearly not been cleaned before we moved in. There was dark yellow grease all over the base of the upper cabinets and oven fan. The walls were several shades of paint, the AC registers were covered in black and brown filth and the entire unit reeked of cigarettes. When we looked at these apartments, the ones we had seen before moving into this particular unit had granite counter tops and tile floors so when we were greeted to this unit and ready to move in, we were stuck! When we called for pest services, for the roaches and weevils in our unit, the managers took over two weeks to even make the call to the pest company. I had to remind them several times and call the owner before any action was taken. Even worse was when I called a few months later for pest service the manager had the edacity to suggest that if I cleaned up better and didn’t leave food out we wouldn’t have this pest problem. When a pipe burst under our bathroom they tried to blame us for that as well and we went over a week without hot water. When our AC broke it took them WEEKS to fix! When we had our final walkthrough upon moving out, the manager bought different paperwork than our initial signed walkthrough paperwork. Our move in paperwork had many notes of spots on the walls, carpets and the lack of cleanliness of the bathrooms. They tried to make it look as though the apartment didn’t have any blemishes when we moved in, so we would be liable for all the previous damage! LIARS! We waited for over a month to get our deposit back and even though we had pictures of the 63 stains on the carpet when we moved in they stilled charged us $100 to clean two bedrooms, 200 square feet worth of carpet when we moved out.
