Not selling glitz, but truly concerned with comfort, relaxation and a sense of well being oozes from the spa as soon as you walk in the door. The appointments are tasteful but not overdone, a changing room simple but functional, and a pre-massage lounge inviting and supplied with all sorts of snacks and wine meant to enhance your experience. The quiet eastern music and soft lighting set the mood for an incredibly relaxing massage. Warm towels on your feet, and a gently warm blanket intensify the relaxation and comfort of a therapeutic massage. An hour flies. A shower is available for clients who wish, and the fees for this luxury seem extremely reasonable. The staff is unbelievably solicitous, yet not intrusive.
