unethical, liars have been fired by numerous condo boards, broken promises and mismanagement of funds

I know it is easier to write negative than positive. BUT I am 100% telling the truth . What I tell you I don t expect Empire property owners husband and wife to admit to any of it. I had a leak in my kids room for 6 years. Any concerns of mold I was told by the owner there are 2000 types of black mold and only 6 are harmful . Know if that s what you want to represent you ; this is your company. The roofer was never held accountable, the owner even asked the original roofer to represent him as his roofing engineer expert during a meeting with the building inspector. This to me shows a total conflict of interest. If you want someone to tell you or do something to you and then deny it in front of the association; this is the company for you. For 2006 till 2014 my family was treated with disrespect and put through a lot of stress with this very dis honest man. I just hope my story the little I can fit will help people choice a better representative. in my opinion the person who runs this company has zero dignity. Call and get treated with zero respect from maintenance. Please know Empire states having any contractors working for him would be a conflict of interest. make sure all contractors are outside sources, not affiliated with Empire. This is what happened to me and my opinion. good luck. I am a strong believer on Karma
