Upon further investigation. We know that the order was placed on Saturday 10/29/2011. It was entered into our order system on Monday 10/31/2011. The items ordered were not in stock but were shipped on 11/7/2011. I note a credit card transaction on the same day at 4:25pm, just about half an hour before a UPS pick up. I also note you chose UPS ground, a 5 day journey from CT-WA making a delivery date of 11/14/2011. From the tracking number I see a delivery to your front door at precisely 3:29 pm that day.
