Branford Jewelers is amazing! Charlie and his staff are incredibly professional and friendly. They are the only jeweler I trust! From new pieces to repairs, they are the best. They have gone above and beyond to make every piece the best. For example, replacing stones with larger and/or better quality at no additional cost to insure what leaves their store is the most beautiful piece it can be! You won't find better quality or integrity anywhere!

I bring all sorts of jewelry to them to fix and they always get it done quickly and for a very fair price. Highly recommended!

Just got my engagement ring dipped at the facility . Perfect just like new! Even a small problem that occurred and it was corrected immediately. Very pleased

They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you are a happy customer. Their jewelry is gorgeous and they will even help you to find something that is not in stock. I have had an excellent experience every time I have gone in there. This is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect and given the best customer service every time! Charlie reset my engagement and wedding band and I absolutely adore what he did! It came out better than I could have ever imagined. Not only was the ring gorgeous, but I was treated so well, the ring came in at the quoted price and was done so quickly!
