Very small inside, no privacy. Parking is really tight and terrible, very few handicapped spaces. It smelled really bad inside, They do have a website, and upon initial call to make an appointment they advised me I could print out the forms from the website and fill them out before I get there. So I did, given that I had already been to two different doctors and filled out mountains of paperwork before hand, and simply had a diagnosis and prescription for rehab I didn't see the purpose of all of the paperwork, but I filled it out anyway. Upon arrival I was given another stack of paperwork to fill out, due to the fact I had already filled out paperwork I didn't actually bring my glasses. Upon looking at the paperwork it seemed to just be the same stuff I had already filled out just on different colored paper. I had no option but to walk out.
