Came out for a service check, said he could not find anything wrong. This is a 2 year old Goodman air conditioner; the fan stops turning and it stops blowing cold air. He said he tightened the thermostat wires and if it continued to have a problem to call them back. Well it continued the same and they refuse to come back out - each time we call they say they have an emergency and they will try to work us in. It has been a week now with heat indexes over 100 degrees. And to top it off they keep saying we will understand if you want to get someone else to come out---after I have paid you for nothing!!! I wonder what the real reason is they won't come back out???? That A BBB rating is not worth the paper it is written on. Maybe if people will speak up more on their service the rating will reflect properly.
