I was wanting to buy a boat trailer I gave card info got a receipt in email for wrong type boat wrong address and zip code tried the rest of afternoon to call to correct it no answer emailed numerous times he did respond . I called from a friends phone next morning after numerous calls from mine he answered immediately I told him I emailed numerous times about cancelling because the info was wrong and he did not respond. He said he did not get emails but he slipped up and talked about something I had only said in email. I said to cancel he said he was closed for Holiday the day before New Years till following Monday but will reverse charge when they get in Monday said his girl was in charge of that will reverse the charge still no response almost a week later . I called he answered wanted to argue trying to say it was a custom made trailer and he already built it yet he said they were closed for the weekend but miraculously my 3 week to get it built happened in a closed factory
