I would give zero stars if I could. She tailored my son's sport coat and made the sleeves about 3" too short. No exaggeration. It took a week for her to complete so when I picked it up we did not have time for it to be fixed so I had to rip it bout and he wore them long. She then refused to reimburse me because "she did the work." It didn't matter that it was wrong. No pride in her work or in customer satisfaction.

The WORST!! Brought in an average alteration on a Monday, the place smelled REALLY bad and it was pretty dirty but the lady seemed nice enough. She told me it would be ready Friday, when I showed up late Friday afternoon it was not finished. She said she knew I needed it for an occasion that weekend, was sorry and that she was altering a wedding dress. Obviously, I wore something else. On Tuesday when I came to pick it up it was not altered correctly, she re-measured and said to call her the next day (Wed) to see if it was done. I advised he that I couldn't get back there until Friday and she said no problem it would be done. On my way there Friday I pulled out the claim check to call, there is no phone number or company name on the ticket. Of course, it wasn't done AGAIN. She says "I told you Friday??? I'm finishing a wedding dress (apparently her favorite excuse) and it's cut but not sewn, what do you want to do??" When I went back on Tuesday, still not done, not even cut, she lied!
