I have a terrible phobia regarding dental work. It took me a year to find Dr. Mike...he did a fantastic job. I grew to trust him, and was able to have complex work completed...and all of it was really well done. Then...over the past few weeks...things in their office just fell apart. I could feel pain from a tooth...and called to set up an appt. No one would call me back. This went on for 2 weeks...no one would answer their phone...no one would return my voice messages. I finally had to go through their parent company to get them to call for me and set up an appt. for me. Crazy!

When I arrived...no one had bothered to put my appt. on their calendar, and, I was told to just wait, maybe they could get me in. Unbelievable. I had to go through their parent company again to get them to set up another appt. for me. I went, found out I needed a root canal...went a few days later to the endodontist they recommended. The plan was for me to then go right away after that, to have the crown done at Advanced Dental Care.

I was in such massive pain, I could barely see...and I wasn't going to be able to let anyone touch my mouth, let alone, do all of the work needed for a crown. I stopped at their office on my way home...explained that I was in incredible pain and could not do the crown. Their response was to send me a letter dismissing me as a patient...leaving me now with a temporary filling, and no one to do this crown.

They are the most callous, unprofessional people I have ever encountered in the dental/medical industry. Just shocking! Beyond stupid and cruel!! Shame on them.
