I am very disappointed in the lack of service that my family and i have received from the Papa Johns in Brandenburg, Ky. They have on 3 occasions over the past 6 months had an extended wait and limited delivery area. In addition they charge a delivery fee and I have to go meet them 4 miles from my house. I don't feel it is too much to ask for consistent and timely service, this apparently IS to much to ask for the store in Brandenburg.
