This is the best place in central Minnesota to purchase appliances and obtain service from. I have bought many new homes over the years and purchased many new appliances. Not one place was as friendly to purchase from as the folks at Schroeder's. They met the pricing I got from the big outlet stores. I recently purchase ALL the appliances for my latest new home in the Brainerd Lakes area from Schroeder's. They delivered them and installed them on time. I needed a couple of small items/concerns looked at on my oven and hood. They came out right away and fixed them right away. You can't get that kind of service form the big outlets. I will RECOMMEND Schroeder's to anyone looking for new appliances or service for existing ones.

THIS OWNER HAS A HOT TEMPER! I BOUGHT 3000.00 WORTH OF APPLIANCES FROM THEM. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR WASHING MACHINE SINCE DAY ONE. THEY SEND OUT THEIR PEOPLE TO FIX IT WHO IN TURN BREAK MORE THINGS WITHIN THE MACHINE. THE MAIN COMPUTER IN THIS APPLIANCE EVEN HAD TO BE REPLACED AFTER 2 YEARS! THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO LOAD THE MACHINE AND HIS EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT I WAS A LIAR. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE THEY ARE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL! THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME THE MACHINE IS 4 YEARS OLD, WHICH IT IS AND TO BAD. CALL WHIRLPOOL. I HAVE AND THEY WILL GIVE ME A DISCOUNT OFF OF ANOTHER WASHING MACHINE. WHEN THERE IS A BANDAIDE PUT ON EVERYTHING AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE A BRAND NEW MACHINE FIXED OVER ADN OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND THEN THEY TELL YOU TO CALL WHIRLPOOL, THAT IS WRONG!!! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!
