I was a hot mess when I called this salon. I had been going somewhere else and had a ton of breakage and brassiness from my other colors. Ann sat me down and asked me what my goals for my hair were? I told her I loves being blonde but a more natual softer looking blonde. She did a treatment to my hair for the breakage and foiled it with a few different shades of blonde. When I left it looked amazing. I was also shocked at the price. The treatment, foil and a hair cut for $100. I go there every six weekes to get my pretty strands touched up. My friends have seen the other girls there as well and have been very happy. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone to go there.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It is always fun to go there. If I want a wild color they can do it. If I a want a pretty color they can do it. I always feel that they really listen to what I want and are willing to try something new. They have VERY reasonable prices for the quality and service you get. I would give them a try!

Kathy has been "in charge" of my hair for over 16 years! She is fantastic...I have heard about her kids growing up, she knows my family through myself and my mother! My mom drives a hour out of her way to see Kathy! The atmosphere at New Concepts is welcoming...all the ladies working really enjoy what they do. Reasonable rates and easy to get in...give it a try!



**** It was my fault it took so long to see Kathy again for a cut & color. I walked in early for my appt. and Anne was a the reception desk. She remembered who I was and made sure I had the most recent copy of "People" while I waited. Kathy & I had a great time catching up and my hair looks amazing! Really people, go here.
