These guys have saved us twice now. Took our diesel truck in because of an oil leak after my husband had changed it. We were sure the problem was going to be an expensive fix. They charged us $37.00 after resetting the plug and replacing the oil that was lost. These are professional, honest and reliable people to deal with.
The second time was yesterday with our daughters Honda Odyssey. Needed to check codes and find out why it was in "limp" mode. Didn't want her to drive back to Iowa like that. Honda dealer wanted $110.00 just to look at the car. AA looked at it and replaced the coil at the root of the problem for $230.00.

I have been getting my car fixed here for 7 years now. The guys are always fair and up front with me. They have even told me that a repair is unnessesary, meaning they pass up a sale in order to be honest. This is the most honest shop I have EVER been too. They will have my business forever!

I've been there many times with mine and my daughter's car, a Honda Pilot and a Pontiac. Two times I had serious repairs that needed to be done. I received quotes and a Honda specialized repair place and went to Advance. They were half of the quoted prices and have never had problems with the repairs since. They also know that I'm concerned with the safety of my daughter's car and make sure she and my new grandson are safe. They have treated me with respect and I completely trust them.

When I price checked several places in town I found that Advanced gave me the lowest price BUT when I picked up my car it was almost double what I was quoted! When I questioned them they acted like they didn't care at all since they had to do more to it than they thought. I was very specific on what I needed the estimate for and I think they under bid it just so I'd go there, but now they lost a customer for good. I have since then heard this about them from other people. I will tell everyone I know about it so that it doesn't happen to them.
