had a really nice stay quiet and nice people manager were very helpful. will stay with them again. Pool was very nice. Restroom clean.

How a great stay at Tropical Gardens the Park small park with friendly people clean restroom and nice pool. Thanks to management for Keating it safe and clean.

The parks name should be Tropical Nightmare! The managers are in the wrong business, no personalities. In all my years of RVing. When (he) would approach you it was with an aggressive, arrogant, verbally assaulting tone in his voice. Speaking with the long time residents there they acknowledged that this is the way he has always been. He instills fear into the residents knowing most have permanent set-ups with nowhere to go. It seems owners A.L.M. and E.P. must have known this has been going on and they condone this stepping on peoples basic human rights to be treated with dignity as "business as usual". A petition was made prior to me even knowing the place existed, didn't help any. I witnessed him call a resident stupid right in her presence. Site had standing water around the concrete which produced mosquitos and fleas. They never trimmed around the sites 12 inch tall grass. Foggy pool with hardly any room on the deck, one recliner, no bicycle rack. If you are coming to Florida this is not where you want to spend your hard earned money, there are to many other more desirable parks in the area its not worth the little savings. Final word, tell all your friends that come down to Sunny Florida to avoid this place like the plague. Tropical Waste of Money is run like an open air prison, unfair to residents, especially the Elderly.
