Horrible service. Terrible workmanship. Dont waste your money or time

I am a first time customer with Sun Window & Door. Not only did they do a great job, they bent over backwards to help me with a difficult inspection process. Having called for inspection, I was basically ignored until the staff at Sun Window made numerous calls to the building officials on my behalf. I believe they went the extra mile.

I was disappointed that I was charged for the chatting that the Service Person engaged me in during the window repair. My advice is to not engage in any conversation if the person is very chatty because it will be charged to you. This person like to chat. Was overcharged 30 minutes. Where the Service person sat in my driveway waiting for my scheduled appointment - even before the chatty talk.

They came right out and replaced some window slides. When an inspector found one to be too loose, they came right back out and fixed it. Great company.

Excellent service. Fixed my sliding door wheels. Very neat and polite serviceman.
