I went to Lakewood Ranch ER with what ended up being a simply infection. The ER doctor totally misdiagnosed my case. They transported me by Ambulance to Manatee Memorial to be admitted. When I finally was treated by a better doctor, he said, I can't believe you ended up being admitted with this infection that a simply antibiotic would have handled. Ended up costing my insurance carrier thousands of dollars and me the deductibles. I would recommend going to another ER in the first place, even if it's out of your way.
