Went to look at extensions, the girl at the counter chose some out close to my hair color, it came with 9 clip in hair extensions real human hair 150 dollars, take them home and try them own to see if it would be enough, when I did they did not look realistic at all color was off, plus it was not enough it meant I would have to buy another pack for 150 I put them back in the bag, excellent condition as I did not use them, call them to ask if they can take them back and return my money, lady was rude said she would not since the package was opened, I explained to her, how did she expect me to know if it was a good fit, with out taken them out, She rudely said "we will not return money or give refund, and hanged up." Employees there are clueless and not very helpful, some complain that the owners are always rude and make the employees follow customers around like they are all thieves. Horrible customer service, rude, unprofessional. Never go there! I am still trying to get my money back and will go speak directly to the man in charge of the mall. this is ridiculous

I purchased a small handbag. Went back 4 days later with receipt to return. He refused, claimed it was "custom item" (pkg is from China). Receipt says Exchange only w/receipt. He refused. I'll never shop there again. (comment below, sounds the same way)

Owner is a con artist, opens products before selling then refuses returns, clueless employees. Go anywhere else
