I use to live here. It's a nice small area close to a lot of different stores and eatting places. I lived here 4 years and i enjoyed it very much. It's not the best apartment on earth but it's great for your 1st place. The price is just right and the water bill is included with the rent. It's a good place for kids there is a small park out back. no pool, but i really didn't mind that too much.
