It is always a pleasure to deal with my Service Adviser, Eric Wiehl. Cox Chevrolet always provides the best customer service and if there has ever been an issue, they always work on it to resolve it the best way possible.

Imagine your worst experience in with a car repair shop and then x 10. They screwed up a repair and then refused to give me my keys unless I paid for the parts they mistakenly used on my truck. No joke. I had to call the police so that they would have them hand over the keys.

Purchased a used vehicle. Our first sales person was condescending and rude but the second was very nice so we purchased the vehicle from him. They were also able to provide a lower interest rate than offered by our credit union. All and all was a positive experience and would do business with Cox again in the future.

We purchased a lease on a new Equinox and the experience at Cox Chevrolet was fantastic. Pedro Padron took care of us and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jon did the paperwork and was really friendly and explained everything. We will have no problem going back in 3 years to get another car. Thanks for the great experience in the new "leasing world". We have used Cox Chevrolet for 18 years and have had very good service.Prices are a little high for service work but I expect expert service for this price.No complaints about quality of work and always done on time as promised.Only negative is everytime you request necessary service they flood you with with a list of recommended service that is not necessary and is only a money maker for them!

Hi pressure sales to get us to buy. Within a week the brakes went bad on a 2011 with 20000 miles. They said it was just rust and they sanded it off. We hit the 30000 mile mark and the brakes are almost gone...and they will not repair them without us paying full price????? I assumed it was bumper to bumper until 35000 miles as explained. Won't go back!!!!!!!

just got a 2006 cobalt from cox chevrolet and they gave us the best treatment that anyone could ever ask for they truely are the best!
