Cigar City Smokers BBQ is a state of the art 28 foot BBQ Trailer that has an onboard Pellet smoker capable of smoking over 350 pounds of meat. We slow smoke ribs, pulled pork, brisket, sausage and chicken. We’re of Cuban decent and offer Cuban sandwiches with our slow smoked pork and our awesome Mojo pork sandwich all on Cuban bread.
