It is amazing that in my 20 years of living at Carlton Arms of Bradenton that nothing has broken down once. I have no complaints about the complex and recommend it to my friends and family whenever I can.

Carlton Arms demonstrates a great degree of cleanliness in their facilities, the staff always makes sure that everything is organized and spotless.

I love this place because they are so on top of things. If you have a problem they are there to fix it you never have to ask more than once. I am always satisfied with the level of service you receive here at Carlton Arms.

I think Carlton Arms is a really nice apartment complex, there really is not anything to complain about. I love that it is not loud, nothing is disruptive which is nice.

I like living at Carlton Arms. I plan on staying here for as long as I am living in Bradenton. The grounds are kept up with and the pools are relaxing.

Its been about 2 years since I have moved into Carlton Arms and I love it. My view is absolutely amazing--I'm right on the river. Everything is pretty good and well maintained.
