These folks are the best! After calling my insurance and having them order a tow truck for me on a Friday night around 5:30, I was still waiting 3 hours in my truck, very much later than what they told me as a 60 to 90 minute wait. I called back, they sent Cr8tive my way but because it now was after 8:30, I was told it could be a 2 hour wait. I called the number they gave me for the tow truck operator. She (Katy) told me it might be that long of wait. I told her how long I’ve already waited and she said she would see what she can do. She changed her route and said she could be there in an hour or so. 50 minutes later, she and Roberto were hitching me up and got me where I needed to be! I very highly recommend them!

I took my daughter's truck to two different mechanics and also the Sunset Cadillac dealership for diagnosis after it kept breaking down and was charged lots of money but never fixed the problem. Then one night it broke down and AAA sent Auto Cr8tive Finishes to tow me in and Sam asked if I would like him to take it to his shop and look at it for me. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend AUTO CR8TIVE FINISHES.
