They have very poor service with a premium price. We are on a quarterly payment contract but can not get service but once a year. There is no PM maintenance being done only service calls where we have to pay over and above the contract. Emails and contact with our Account Rep does very little in correcting this. We have waited weeks to even get any answer. If you want your elevator to work properly do not use this company.
