Stunningly incompetent.

After an hour and 45 minutes, they don't deserve to have "quick" in their name. I needed a trouble code checked, as well as an oil change, so I figured they'd be the best place to get the code checked (then I could arrange for repairs at their Service Center). They took so long on the oil change that they drained my battery, tried to convince me I needed to buy a new one from them, and, as a result of the loss of power, couldn't read the d@mn trouble code. Again, the trouble code was the only reason I went there. Ridiculous. I informed each person I met that I needed the code checked and, when paying, was informed no one had checked the code. It was at that time they discovered my battery was dead. Never, never, never again.
